Experience In Searching Potential Companies For UBS MSU CSR Project

After we had been briefed about the project of UBS MSU CSR project by En.Effendy, we are very energetic to find a company or business which its data can be adopted and want to use in our UBS project. Our group consists of two person which is Santhara Segaran and Ashok. First of all, im try to approach some of my friend who have contacts with me few businesses and they gave me two companies to be selected. After few days, we goes to the business place which is about 20km from our resident area. We approach the guard and he allow us to meet his manager. We introduce our self and explain the motif of our project and also explain why we need the data for our project. After listen to us, the manager smiles and say "actually we cannot disclosed any data which consists of sales and other expenses". We try to explain that, the data just for us to do the project and the result of the project will not been disclosed to anyone. Even we try convince him, at last he say cannot also. so, we just thanked to him and move from the place.

The third day after that my another group-mate suggest me another business to us to ask about the data. When we reach there, the manager is not around there because he goes to outstation and only will comeback after 1 week. We try to walk with the superior, but he totally refused that they can't give any information unless his manager agrees to it. After one week, we got go again and meet the manager. Unfortunately, he refuses to give information to us.

The third attempt was at klang and we goes to a business and approach the manager and he said he can give us those information and that time we can't talk to him as clear as possible because the manager was very busy and he keep on moving after tell that "you people contact me to my number". We have contact him in few days as he asked us and he said that he can't revealed the information because the company's accountant ask him to do not disclosed any information to us. But before that, I told our lecturer Mr.Effendy that we got a company to be dealt with. The manager refusus to give the information to us the day after we informed to our are hunting for a business who actually can helps us to finish our project....

UBS skills that I have learned in 3rd week

UBS skills that i learned in this week by En.Noreffendy is data entry, bathes, restore, and many more. We are so excited to learn new skills by En.Noreffendy to use in UBS project. There are many skills we are learn and practice by doing it with instruction by En.Noreffendy. One of the example skills we are used is data entry from the question. And also we are transferring the question into many various kind of journals. After we done with journals and again we do ledger from journal entries. We are just follow instruction of En.Noreffendy to each steps. If the file deleted or loss, we not need to confuse or panic just backup the file by using some skills that we save earlier which we learn. After Backup the file we just click the restore button to display our old file which deleted or loss. In this subject the skills was fought to us is very important skills which we will apply it when doing our UBS project. The best thing is, we are trying the same thing or can be said that we are attempt to do the same transaction so that we are become familiar towards the system.   

My 1st Blog Post Regarding Accounting Information System (DAC2104) Mini Project

First at all, our lecture Mr.Effendy Bin Mohamed welcome us to the 1st class with him very warmly and we feel that this lab class will be more convinient. First week of the class started and our lecture of accounting information system subject introduce us to the subject and explain to us about the importance of using UBS system by students which is to help us to learn appropriately about the UBS system so that we are familier with it and could apply the skills when we are in industrial traning which it is be 1 year period. After that, we thought that this subject is  just for us to pass the subject but after Mr.Effendy explain the importance of UBS system when we are in industrial training and future employment. We feel to be more concentrate and work hard to study the system. The exposure of the importance of this UBS system makes us to do not absence to any single class of the lectures. We are intend to sacrifice our time to learn the accounting information system (AIS) because it will be very useful for us in the future and UBS system is a wanted skills to be an accountant in future employment.
